We do not accept returns for change of mind on Crystal Singing Bowls and Hemp Products. Please ensure your selection is accurate before completing your purchase.

Kangen Water:

Our return policy for Kangen Water is subject to Enagic's guidelines for each respective country. Please refer to Enagic's guidelines specific to your location for details on returns and exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within same day of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or arranging for a refund, subject to our inspection and approval.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within same day of receiving the item.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 days from the date the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
